Works
The washed sand is injected into the sand washing tank through the chute, and the sand in the water is dug and loaded into the wheel bucket with a rotating bucket wheel. The bucket wheel is gradually dehydrated during the rotation and lifting process until the bucket wheel is turned to the discharging end, the washed sand is poured into the discharging chute, and then transported to the sand stacking site by a belt conveyor.
The transmission system is transmitted from the small pulley installed on the motor to the large pulley through the V-belt to decelerate, and then decelerated by the JZQ reducer for the second time, and the output shaft end is decelerated for the third time by a pair of gears to drive the bucket wheel drive shaft, So that the bucket wheel works at a slow speed of about one revolution per minute.
