Works
Ore enters the impact crusher and enters the impeller through the feed pipe in the center of the distributor respectively. When the material enters the high-speed rotating impeller, it is rapidly accelerated in the impeller, and its acceleration can reach several times or even hundreds of times of gravity acceleration. Then it is ejected from the impeller runner at a speed of 70-100 m/s, and first it is crushed by impact with the material outside the impeller that enters the vortex crushing cavity with the free fall, and impact on the material bed in the vortex crushing cavity together, the material bed bounces and sprints obliquely upward to the top of the vortex crushing cavity, and changes its direction of movement, deflects downward movement, and the material emitted from the impeller flow channel forms a continuous material curtain. In this way, a piece of material is impacted and broken twice or even many times in the turbine crushing cavity. In the whole crushing process, the materials are broken by impact with each other and are not in direct contact with metal components. Due to the oblique circumferential impact of the material emitted from the impeller flow channel, the rotary motion of the material on the material bed in the vortex crushing cavity is formed, resulting in the vortex grinding effect between the materials, and the materials are crushed due to impact friction, and the crushed materials are discharged from the discharge port.
