PCX Sand Making Machine
PCX sand making machine is suitable for crushing limestone, marl, sandstone, shale, gypsum, coal and other raw materials with compressive strength not exceeding 200MPa. The PCX series sand making machine has a large crushing cavity and feed port, which is suitable for the smooth entry of large pieces of ore, and has obvious advantages compared with conventional crushers.

Works
Nammer sand making machine mainly relies on impact energy to crush materials. When the hammer crusher works, the motor drives the rotor to rotate at a high speed, and the material enters the crusher cavity evenly. High-speed rotating hammers impact and shear and tear the material, causing the material to be crushed. At the same time, the gravity of the material itself causes the material to rush from the high-speed rotating hammer head to the baffle and grate rods in the frame body. In the lower part of the rotor, the grate plate is that the material larger than the size of the grate hole is blocked on the grate plate and continues to be hit and ground by the hammer until it is crushed to the required discharge particle size, and finally through the grate plate is discharged from the machine.
