WZD Feeder
WZD feeder is a supporting equipment designed and manufactured according to the requirements of uniform feeding of various crushers. YTC electromagnetic speed regulating motor is adopted to realize stepless speed regulation of conveying capacity and avoid sticking and blocking caused by manual feeding. This reduces the labor intensity of workers and improves the production efficiency and output of the crusher. This machine is easy to use and has uniform conveying capacity. It can be used in various types of crushers. Since it was put on the market, it has been well received by users.
Scope of application: metallurgy, coal, electronics, machinery, chemical industry, building materials, light industry and other industries
applicable materials: granite, marble, limestone, quartz stone, river pebble, copper ore, iron ore, etc.
feed particle size: ≤ 800mm
production capacity: 30-700 T/H

Works
Uses a V-belt to transmit the main movement of the speed regulating motor to the eccentric shaft. The eccentric shaft is connected to the car body through a bearing and a seat, and transmits the rotational motion of the speed regulating motor to the car body, and then uses the front fulcrum and spring to convert the rotational motion into full vibration, so as to achieve the purpose of feeding.
