WZS Vibrating Feeder
WZS vibrating feeder is a device that uses vibration principle to feed materials. It is specially manufactured for uniformly conveying large pieces of materials before crushing and screening coarse crushers. The machine adopts the structural characteristics of double eccentric shaft vibration exciter to ensure that the equipment can withstand the impact of large pieces of material falling and has large feeding capacity.
Application scope: crushing and screening combined equipment in metallurgy, coal mine, mineral processing, building materials, chemical industry, abrasives and other industries.
Applicable materials: Ore and rock with a particle size of not more than 800mm are handed over (with screening) for the next process.
Feed particle size: ≤ 800mm
Production capacity: 60-1000 T/H

Works
WZS vibrating feeder is mainly composed of vibrating frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibrating frame and motor. The vibration exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts at a specific position meshing with gears. During the device, the two gears must be meshed according to the mark, and the two eccentric shafts must be driven by the motor to rotate, thereby generating a huge synthetic linear excitation force. The body vibrates strongly on the support spring, and the material uses this vibration as the power to slide and throw on the material tank, so that the material moves forward to achieve the purpose of feeding.
