Performance Characteristics

Works
Spindle rotates in a bearing connected to the screen box, and the eccentricity of the spindle is r, which is equal to the amplitude a of the screen box during normal operation. When the motor drives the pulley to rotate the main shaft, the centrifugal inertia generated by the eccentricity of the main shaft is added to the internal force of the screen box vibration system to drive the screen box to make a circular movement around the center of gravity of the system. The mass of the eccentric weight on the weight wheel should ensure that the centrifugal inertial force generated by them can balance the centrifugal inertial force generated when the screen box rotates. The condition that the center of the pulley does not displace in space is that the centrifugal inertia generated by the rotation of the screen box is equal to the centrifugal inertia force generated by the eccentric weight, and the direction is opposite, and the dynamic balance is reached at this time.
